Code cleaning and formating...

Did a little more work on the clipping system. Fixed an artifact on the left side of the screen from when I was displaying debug data there. Plus updating some of my older code to make it more readable, proper commenting and such.

Fine tuning

Tweaking clipping code, especially for handling rare exceptions.
